How to avoid constipation?
A very good example is to start a day with fruit and vegetables that are rich in fiber. Examples are cereal bars or bran muffins. You may include a salad with a variety of fruits and vegetables for lunch. You could try if what certain fruits or vegetables has a bowel-moving effect on you. In addition, a bean soup such as chili or navy bean soup can help since bean and legumes are rich in fiber.
Eating foods with enough fiber every day to avoid constipation is not as easy as it sounds like. It takes extra time to plan and will quickly become repetitive. But as long as you have the discipline to your self, then you can be sure to have a healthy colon in a long run.
