Menopause

Menopause is the chain reaction of chemicals and responses within the body during menopause and during the process, the production of estrogen and progesterone became less.

The body then gets mixed signals and as a result of changing temperature and climate, blood vessels begin to swell and contracted repeatedly and unpredictably. The hot flash is the end result.

Hot flashes are heightened because of the increased blood flow within the body which results to changing of hormones. This results women to experience all sort of other symptoms because of this kind of discomfort.
